Part A — Employees ko ₹15,000 Kaise Milega?
Agar aap pehli baar formal sector me job start karne rahe hain, yani aap pehle kabhi EPFO member nahi rahe tabhi aap is benefit ke liye consider kiye ja sakte hai.

Employee Eligibility (Part A)
- Pehli baar formal job matlab 01 August 2025 se pehle kabhi EPFO member nahi rahe.
- Job 01 August 2025 se 31 July 2027 ke beech join ki ho.
- UMANG app ke Face Authentication Technology se Aadhaar-linked UAN banana zaroori hai.
- Gross salary ₹1,00,000/month se kam honi chahiye.

Employer Eligibility (Part B)
- Company EPF & MP Act, 1952 ke under registered honi chahiye. EPF code aur valid PAN linked hona zaroori hai.
- Baseline se zyada nayi naukri deni hogi. 50 se kam employees wale ko 2 naye aur 50+ employees wale ko 5 naye log hire karne honge.
